Royal Extended Service Contract
This is a national coverage that is considered most alike to any franchise basic warranty. This extends out coverage to a custom amount of time and miles with six different choices in deductibles all ranging from $0-$500. The royal ultimate covers all major components of the vehicle including but not limited to, engine, transmission, seals and gaskets, steering, electrical, brakes, cooling, fuel delivery, suspension, and technology. Royal ultimate coverage pays for 100% of the claim including parts, labor, and tax other than the selected deductible. This like new vehicle protection comes with added benefits of road side assistance, trip interruption, and a rental vehicle. This coverage can be purchased during or after the sale or for a vehicle not purchased at Krietz Auto through Krietz Auto’s service department.
Gap (Guaranteed Asset Protection)
GAP coverage also known as Guaranteed Asset Protection is a program directed at protection from financial disaster. GAP has to be purchased at the time of sales and protects a vehicle investment through the term of an auto loan. GAP coverage takes place when an insurance settlement from a total loss or stolen vehicle does not cover the full balance of the loan, GAP kicks in to cover the difference. Therefore ensuring the full balance to the financial institution is paid.
Platinum Protection
Platinum Protection is 5 benefit program that can be purchased at the time of sales. The 5 benefits included are:
- Tire and Wheel Protection includes. road hazard to tires and wheels, flat tire coverage, tire replacement, wheel and rim protection, mounting and balancing for tires, and cosmetic and curb impact repair and replacement.
- Paintless Dent Repair includes: permanently removing door dings and minor dents from panels of a vehicle.
- 24 Hour Road Side Assistance includes: Towing, flat tire assistance, battery assistance, lock out services, and essential fluids and supplies delivery
- Windshield Repair Protection: Repair of minor chip and cracks to the windshields
- Key and Remote Replacement: Replaces keys/remotes if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Maintenance Wrap Program
The maintenance wrap is a program designed for pre-paid maintenance but with a nationwide use benefit. Pre-pay for major necessary maintenance items for your vehicle and go to any dealership nationwide to take advantage of this program. Use this coverage for the next 4 years on these specific maintenance items with diagnostic coverage, 24 hour towing and roadside assistance and rental car coverage.

Tire and wheel protection covers any type of damaged to wheels and tires caused by nail, glass, potholes, debris, etc. This coverage repairs or replaces tires and wheels depending on the severity of the damage. All mounting, balancing, and taxes are covered under this nation wide protection that can be used at any protection. This protection covers curb and cosmetic damage to wheels and tires. This tire and wheel protection comes with an added benefit of Road Side Assistance.
