That said, we want it to be clear that the Krietz Automotive Family takes this crisis very seriously and as a result, we are following CDC recommendations and taking extra precautions at this time to keep our offices and showroom clean and safe for both our guests and team members. Actions taken include routinely sanitizing all surface areas such as desks, chairs, waiting-area furniture, etc.; and disinfecting all office door handles, vehicle keys, and vehicle interiors and exteriors, both after test drives and following vehicle repair work.
Additionally, our service technicians are taking care to wear gloves while working on each and every vehicle that comes through our bays. Fortunately, our service department can continue to assist customers with repairs, while maintaining no physical contact. Please feel free to utilize our “night drop” to further aid in limited contact. Simply schedule online or by phone, drop off your keys and be updated by phone about the status of your vehicle.
