FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Krietz Auto is seeking a Financial Department Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Team in Frederick, MD. Krietz Auto is family owned and operated for 35 years and we are growing! The Ideal candidate will display a professional, hard-working ethic, with experience providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the liaison between the Finance Director and finance manager on the sales team. You will assist the finance team in closing deals, working on the sales after passed through the hands of the manager and helping in the last steps of getting our guests in their vehicles. Base hourly pay plus bonus plan (Bonus pay is based on appointments set that show for their appointments and cars that sell off appointments.) Starting salary will be based on experience (Range $25,000 – $40,000). Eligible for benefits including: paid leave, health benefits, and 401K, after successful trial period. Qualifications- Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience preferred, but not required
- Prior automotive industry experience is preferred but, not required
- Experience using a CRM (such as Vinsolutions) preferred but, not required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Familiar with using the Internet, email, text messaging
- Excellent Phone skills
- Attention to detail
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude with the desire to cultivate excellent customer relationships
- Team player that can work independently to complete all daily tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Complete all daily tasks in the CRM Software (VinSolutions)
- Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
- Responding to incoming Internet and phone leads
- Support all prospective customers by setting appointments to coordinate with sales managers and sales representatives
- Confirming set appointments, and following up on missed or canceled appointments
- Research using available resources
- Completing online training courses
- Other duties as required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Flexible schedule, some Saturdays and weeknights are required.
