What Do I Need To Bring With Me to Purchase A Vehicle?

To Purchase A Vehicle And Leave With It Same Day Please Bring
1. Valid Drivers License
2. Valid Insurance Card
3. Deposits Over $5,000 Must Be In The Form Of A Wire Transfer Made To Krietz Auto. If using a Credit Card we impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on all credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards.
4. If Trading – Please Bring The Vehicle, The Title, & Valid Registration
5. All Parties Must Be Present To Sign
6. Any Bank Stipulations Required If Pre-Approval Has Been Completed.

Yes, Leaving With The Vehicle Is Possible As Long As An Approval Has Been Obtained By A Lender Krietz Auto Uses Or Full Funds Have Been Received

What is Krietz Auto Sales Hold/Deposit Policy?

7-Day Vehicle Hold & Deposit Policy. Once a customer places a deposit and completes/signs the required purchase paperwork, the vehicle will be placed on hold for the customer for seven (7) calendar days. The 7-day hold period is intended solely to allow the dealership and customer to finalize the transaction and complete any remaining paperwork or administrative requirements. The hold period does not represent a guaranteed delivery or vehicle pickup date. If all required paperwork has been signed, the deposit has been placed and the full down payment has been paid for, the vehicle is considered committed to the customer regardless of when the customer takes physical delivery or picks up the vehicle.
The customer is responsible for completing the transaction within the seven (7) day hold period unless otherwise agreed to in writing by management. Failure to complete the transaction within this period may result in the vehicle being released from hold and the deposit becoming nonrefundable.

If the customer requests addition accessories, modifications, or aftermarket work being done, the customer is responsible for paying the full amount of the work that is altering the vehicle from its advertised condition. If the work ends up being completed on the vehicle and the transaction is cancelled by Krietz Auto or the customer at anytime the customer forfeits a refund for any additional work completed by Krietz Auto.

How Often Does Krietz Auto Inventory Update Online?

What If I Do Not Like The Wheels On A Vehicle I Want To Purchase?

Krietz Auto Is Willing To Swap The Wheels We Have Installed On Any Of Our Inventory Vehicle With Any Set Of Wheels We Can Order Or Currently In Our Warehouse. This Process Cannot Be Done Same Day Therefore Please Contact Krietz Auto Ahead Of Time For Any Wheel Exchanges.
