E-Commerce Specialist
Krietz Auto is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Frederick, MD. Krietz Auto is family owned and operated for 36 years and we are growing! In this role, you will be the liaison between the customer and the Krietz Auto/Customs E-Commerce website. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the products in our current online e-commerce inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring timely follow up with potential customers via phone calls, email and text messaging. This person can take on the daily deadline of pulling, processing and packing orders we receive from our webstore krietzcustoms.com by the time UPS picks up. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who can work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities at any given time.

Base hourly pay plus bonus plan (Bonus pay is based on appointments set that show for their appointments and cars that sell off appointments.) Starting salary will be based on experience (Range $50,000 – $100,000). Eligible for benefits including: paid leave, health benefits, and 401K, after successful trial period.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate Online Order Pull lists every morning
- Pull items from the Hayes valley locations and delegate pulling for our remote location
- Collect all items to fulfill in our processing station and perform quality assurance
- Process all orders through Netsuite and Shopify to capture payment and reconcile inventory
- Answer the customer service questions
- Respond to customer service issues over email
- Approve/reject returns that come in
- eCommerce strategy, implementation and operation
- Previous inventory experience in an ecommerce or retail environment
- Experience working with a computer based inventory & POS system
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Gmail
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Positive, self-starting attitude and ability to prioritize and multi-taskSave & Finish Later
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 30+ pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the US
