April 28, 2026

Released in 2025, the AT4 Ultimate is one of GMC’s newest trim levels! Learn more about the new features and see how this trim looks on one of our lifted Yukons!

What’s NEW?

The AT4 Ultimate is a new trim level from GMC that combines elements of the Denali Ultimate and the AT4, creating a unique blend of the two trims’ appearance and utility. The Yukon AT4 Ultimate falls just under the Denali Ultimate in price, Starting at around $97,000.

The 2025 release was the first ever for this trim level, and includes all of the key features of the AT4, including Super Cruise driver assistance, a 6.2L V8 engine with a ten-speed transmission, and Air Ride Adaptive Suspension.

2026 sees the return of all of these features, in addition to GMC’s Night Vision: a system of infrared sensors and thermal imaging that can detect obstructions up to 330 feet away.

Interior Features

An array of impressive interior features are on display inside the Yukon AT4 Ultimate. There’s a new 18-speaker sound system in the 2026 model, courtesy of Bose. The seats are covered with full-grain leather and adorned with AT4 Ultimate badging.

The rear-view mirror offers a camera POV in addition to the traditional mirror that can be activated with the flip of a switch. A heads-up display is included and a series of additional cameras provide 360-degree and overhead views to assist with parking and navigating tight spaces.

The rear seats are where the Ultimate looks slightly different than the standard AT4. There’s an infotainment screen in front of each seat, with a climate control screen in the center. USB, USB-C, and HDMI cords are also available for use.

Exterior Features

The Yukon AT4 Ultimate is a reinforced luxury SUV. It’s equipped with tow hooks and a full steel skid plate, and comes stock with 20-inch wheels on all-terrain tires.

Four-corner Air Ride suspension allows the driver to raise and lower the vehicle, with options for higher ground clearance, easier entry/exit, and more. The system makes it slightly more difficult to install an aftermarket suspension kit, but it’s still possible.

The Yukons pictured throughout this guide have all been color matched. What’s not already blacked out by the AT4 appearance package was altered by our on-site 3M technicians.

Custom Build Overview

The Yukon AT4 Ultimate already stands out, but aftermarket additions from Krietz Customs make it even more exciting.

In the video above, you’ll see a lifted Yukon with 33″ Toyo Open Country AT3 tires, paired with 22×10 Fuel Flux wheels. A two-inch suspension lift from Rough Country supplements the Air Ride enough to fit the new wheels and tires without any rubbing.
