The 4Runner is already an impressive vehicle in its stock form, but it stands out even more with aftermarket upgrades from Krietz Customs. A 3-inch ReadyLift suspension kit is an ideal fit for the 4Runner, since you won’t need to replace its factory shocks to fit the lift. Aftermarket upper control arms will be needed in order to prevent any strain or damage to the suspension. While a full strut replacement is the most recommended option, a strut spacer kit is able to retain the Toyota’s factory suspension components while creating extra space for the higher lift.
Under the 3-inch lift are 35″ Avix Trailtek R/T tires and 18×9 Fuel Surge wheels. by sizing down the wheels, enough space is available to fit larger 35″ tires under the fenders, which benefits off-road performance, increases cushioning, and protects the wheels.
A matte roof wrap from 3M rounds out this custom build, giving the 4Runner a distinct appearance and protects some of the original paint from sun damage and other debris.
Katzkin Leather seats are a perfect finishing touch to any custom build. View stitching, color and embroidery options below!
What’s New in 2026?
It’s still early in the latest generation of the Toyota 4Runner, with the 6th generation making its debut in 2025. The 2026 4Runner is still quite similar to last year’s model, but is vastly different from the previous generation of the 4Runner (2018-2023).
The TRD Off-Road Premium is designed to enhance the 4Runner’s all-terrain ability and add a touch of luxury to one of Toyota’s more rugged vehicles. This trim level includes several exclusive features, with high-quality interior upholstery and seats, and an upgraded infotainment system. A JBL sound system with a built-in portable speaker is another highlight of this premium trim.

There are multiple new engine options available on sixth generation 4Runners. The old V6 engine has been replaced with a turbocharged 4-cylinder i-Force engine, which comes in a standard or hybrid variant.
There are several minor visual changes to the 4Runner as well, including a sharper and less rounded exterior, with a higher off-road clearance and improved trail capability.
